Pat Faubel-Flanagan
Director
Ms. Faubel-Flanagan has a BA in English and a MEd in Educational Administration.  Her experience includes public and private school teaching and administration from pre-school through high school levels. She is a member of ASCD (Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development), FAISEF (Florida Association of Independent Special Education Facilities) and Coalition of McKay Scholarship Schools. Pat has been the Director of Broach Fort Myers since it opened its doors in 2001.



	
Karen E. Thompson
Office Manager
Ms. Thompson’s educational background includes a Bachelors Degree in Music Education and a Masters Degree in Education – The Creative Arts & Learning. She has been teaching for the past 24 years and has had the opportunity to work with children K-12 and college level, in both public and private schools. Karen has been a member of the Broach Fort Myers team for the past four years.
